Elecrto Car is an electronic platform operating through a smartphone application. It aims to connect passengers with drivers/captains to provide transportation services through the application.

2. Entity Responsible for the Application

The application is owned and managed by the management of the Elecrto Car platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Responsible Entity”.
The Responsible Entity manages and operates the technical platform that enables communication between users and drivers/captains, without being a direct party to the transportation service itself.

3. Target Groups

The application targets the following groups:

• Users who wish to request transportation services (passengers).
• Drivers who wish to provide transportation services through the application (captains).

4. Account Creation

The user or captain must create an account in the application and provide accurate and correct information during registration.
The Responsible Entity manages the account creation process and verifies the submitted information to ensure compliance with the application policies.

5. Personal Data Collected by the Application

The application may collect certain personal data, including but not limited to:

• Full name.
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• Profile photo.
• Vehicle information.
• Driver’s license image or personal ID image.
• Geolocation data during trips.

This data is collected for the following purposes:

• Verifying the identity of the user or captain.
• Providing transportation services through the application.
• Improving service quality.
• Enhancing safety and security within the platform.

6. Data Retention Period

The Responsible Entity retains personal data for a period appropriate to the purpose for which it was collected, or in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Device Resources Used by the Application

The application may need access to certain device features, such as:

• Location services (GPS) to determine the trip location.
• Camera access to upload images or documents.
• Internet connection to operate the service.

These permissions are used only to provide the service and operate the application properly.

8. Sharing of Personal Data

• Between the passenger and the captain for the purpose of completing the trip.

12. Account Cancellation

The user or captain may cancel their account in the application at any time through the account settings or by contacting technical support.

13. Rights and Duties of the Responsible Entity

The Responsible Entity has the right to:

• Manage and operate the application.

The Responsible Entity is also committed to:

• Handling complaints and inquiries related to the service.

14. Violation of the Usage Policy

If the user or captain violates the application policies, the Responsible Entity has the right to take appropriate actions, which may include:

• Temporarily suspending the account.
• Permanently terminating the account.
• Reporting to the competent authorities in case of a legal violation.

15. Amendments to the Privacy Policy or Terms

The Responsible Entity reserves the right to amend these Terms or the Privacy Policy when necessary.
If any amendment is made, the new policy will be displayed within the application with the changes clearly explained, and the user must be given the option to accept or reject the amendments before continuing to use the application.
